I gratuated from IIT Kharagpur. I worked in India for three years before earning my MBA with specialization in Management Information Systems from the USA. After my post-graduation, I sharpened my technical and management skills in the USA for a few more years.

I head the information systems division of the company. Due to my background in IT, I was responsible for driving equipment procurement and operations at Reliance Infocomm, before the Reliance Group split. My qualification and industry knowledge and knack of procuring equipment in a cost-effective way have made me the likely choice to head RIL's latest venture into the telecom sector, Infotel Broadband Services, a recently acquired broadband services company.
