Part One: Mechanic Works in Age of Conan
This part is may seem like that's the way the mechanic works inAOC, you will always get the burst heal if you do it this way. However, there's actually a hidden lasts approcimately 15 seconds that cooldown on the burst heal from the blue heals. The first blue heal cast 15 seconds after the last burst heal will trigger another burst heal, regardless of whether there is a blue heal running on the person or not.

We got the information of Age of Conan in other site, hope it can help you more or less.
We felt the same as the OP when we started this game. Not saying we should get horses below level 40 but some lower class mount would be nice. It would be cool to be able to get a donkey or mule at level(Age of Conan Gold) 26-30. They would not be a fast as a horse but better than running across zones. As someone else said reduce the level for armored horse. Maybe knock basic riding down to... Read More
